Our Guarantee/Return Policy
We guarantee 100% satisfaction.
We inspect every single product before it is packaged to ensure that the product is in
perfect condition. We also take care in packaging all products to avoid damage in
transport. If the merchandise you purchased at European Craft is damaged when you receive
it, we shall replace it, as long as it is returned within 30 days of purchase. Our only
requirement is that the product is returned in the condition which you received it in,
with its original packaging, accompanied with your details, order number and date
of purchase. Returned items are refunded at the original purchase price. Unfortunately, we cannot
refund original shipping and handling charges.
You may cancel your order from European Craft at any time prior to shipment and incur no
charge whatsoever.
Privacy/Confidentiality Policy
At European Craft we respect our customers'
privacy and have instituted policies intended to ensure that your personal information is
handled in a safe and responsible manner.
Some functions and services offered through our
site require that you provide certain personal information. For example, when you order a
product, we will need your postal and e-mail addresses. Your personal information will not be
used for anything outside the normal functions of the site (order processing and fulfilment)
and will not be shared with non-affiliated third parties.
Security
European Craft accepts all major credit cards. The secure payment e-commerce system
means we do not receive your credit card details. As soon as you place your order, the
payment is processed on Secure Server Layer (SSL) and shipping notification is forwarded to us.
Shipping and Insurance
European Craft will happily deliver to any destination in the world.
We will ship ordered goods within 48 hours from confirmation of payment. Shipping Charge is based on the weight
of your order, and costs of insurance. We require our customers to check the condition of a purchased
product before signing the delivery document.
Sorry, we do not deliver to PO boxes.

Handling charges are included in price.
